新台幣衝破30元 升幅排第七

在美國聯準會指稱，量化寬鬆貨幣政策(QE)仍有其必要性，國際美元應聲走跌，新台幣兌美元11日升破30元，以29.952元作收、升值1.33角，單日升幅0.44%，不過，其他主要貨幣包括歐元、韓元、日圓、英鎊升幅更大，均超過1%，新台幣匯率升幅僅排第七。

美國聯準會主席Ben Bernanke指稱，由於就業市場持續疲弱，通貨膨脹太低，聯準會寬鬆政策仍有其必要性，引發外匯市場大幅波動，國際美元走弱，亞洲貨幣包括日圓、韓元、星幣、泰幣等兌美元都呈現升值。

根據中央銀行提供的主要貨幣兌美元匯價變動資料來看，若與10日下午4時新台幣兌美元收盤時的匯率比較，11日升幅最大的是歐元，升了1.71%；其次則是韓元，從1135.8升至1122.1韓元兌1美元，單日也升值了1.22%。

至於日圓，11日也從100.46升至99.29日圓兌1美元，升值了1.18%；英鎊同樣升幅也逾1%；星幣及泰幣升幅也有0.86%及0.64%；澳幣也升值了0.23%。倒是人民幣及印尼幣貶值了0.02%及0.05%。
