蘇力颱風襲台，入夜後雖然台北街頭風雨逐漸增強，但依舊有不少民眾出門在外，強大的風勢以及逐漸增強的雨勢，都增加民眾許多不便，非不得已出門在，還是要多多留意自身安全，嚴防掉落物傷人。
