蘇力颱風和平區下午停班停課，梨山蔬菜趕運下山 　　台中和平區

【李陳信得／台中報導】中度颱風蘇利息台，市府宣布和平下午3時30分停班停課，梨山菜農為減少損失也趕緊採收高麗菜，數十台大貨車載滿高麗菜從中橫便道出入趕往西螺市場販售。
 
和平區公所區長黃永生表示，和平區幅員廣闊路程滿遠，許多公務員須從梨山下山，所以在下午3時30分停班停課。梨山游姓菜農也說，為減少損失能搶收多少就算多少，要不然一年的心血都全部泡湯了。
