風大雨大　鐵皮圍籬占據三車道

【陸運鋒／台北報導】中颱蘇力颱風凌晨3時許登陸台灣，全台風大雨大，台北市承德路三段一處工地鐵皮圍籬，面積約150平方公尺，被強風吹到路面上，阻擋了三個車道目前全線封閉，目前工程人員接獲報案已經在現場排除搶通中。
