標題[請益] 台積測試工程職缺

各位好 ~ 我在 2008 金融海嘯前，還有看到台積測試助理工程 師的職缺，最近查看台積都沒有測試工程相關的職缺 ，我以前做過晶圓測試 ( Chip Probe / Wafer Sort ) 產線 set up，Prober、ATE 設備故障排除，Fail、Low yield 異常分析，Probe card 相關配件驗證。 設備種類： 1. Tester： Schlumberger (ITS-9000CV、EXA-2200、EXA-3000) 、Teradyne (FLEX)、Credence (Sapphire) 蔚華代理。 2.
