新手買車問題請益

各位大大好!小弟我最近想買人生的第一台車FIESTA 1.0T

但是家裡普遍購車資訊觀念不夠

於是到現在還不敢上展示間去談合約跟價錢

先說說小弟我現在的問題

小弟目前在工地上班所以沒薪資轉帳跟薪資單

然後錢也是不放在銀行所以所有戶頭都不到3000

以這樣的條件車貸如果貸的下來費率應該很高吧

因為家人同意買車

是想說請爸爸拿目前自住的30年老房

貸個60-70萬 60期還完

可以這樣子嘛

但是家父年事已高62歲

不知道這個想法是否可行

希望有類似經驗的大大或是銀行行員能幫小弟解答
