Bullard：Fed在3月政策聲明中應取消「耐心」措辭

根據華爾街日報報導，聖路易Fed銀行總裁James Bullard周二說，聯準會(Fed)在3月政策會議中，應取消對調高短期利率將具有「耐心」的指導原則。

Fed官員說過，「耐心」代表央行將等待二次政策會議，或12周，再調高利率。

今年非為Fed決策委員會具有投票權委員的Bullard自秋季以來，便呼籲迅速升息。

在德拉瓦大學發表的演說中，Bullard說，Fed以初次升息破氷，而後再觀望經濟如何反應，將是明智的做法。
