請教有無適合男生乾性肌膚的化妝水？

事情的經過如下，我們公司在進行職前訓練的時候，有一堂課為外裝儀容，請到了一位有30年資歷的化妝品經理

經理為我們最容易被打量的臉孔做了項測試，結果我的濕潤度只有30.3（低於33為異常）

她說像我這樣每當用洗面乳洗完臉之後，臉上會有皮屑的都是「極~度~乾~燥」
所以我才會長期過敏、長粉刺等

雖然經理說只要從現在起做好保養，日子久了自然就會改善。但是太高檔的我用不起，不知有沒有不算太差的平價化裝水？（乳液已經選好了，可以不用推薦）
