郭台銘是3億男?　國稅局：一無所悉

周玉蔻指稱鴻海集團董事長郭台銘娟3億元給國民黨與連勝文，台北國稅局官員表示，目前僅是報載，一無所悉，民眾若檢舉，會等案子進來後初步研判，不能隨意干擾納稅義務人。

根據政治獻金法，營利事業每年對同一政黨捐贈不得超過300萬。若經查申報營所稅時的金額超過政治獻金法，國稅局會剔除。﹙林巧雁／台北報導﹚
