禽流感風暴捲起，導致民眾不敢吃雞、鴨、鵝肉，買氣轉往豬肉，過年前價格看漲，全國毛豬均價每公斤已回到80元的高檔，零售價每台斤則有約10元的波動。農委會主委陳保基不忘大聲疾呼，台灣的雞、鴨、鵝肉都安全。

家畜肉類公會秘書長袁仁琦今(16)日指出，去(2014)年11月全國毛豬均價每公斤70、71元左右，12月達75元，今(2015)年1月以來持續上漲，至15日已經攀升到每公斤80元，這1個多月間每公斤價差10元。

袁仁琦表示，1頭豬100公斤計算，價差就達1000元以上，今年1月以來豬肉零售價陸續調漲。

民眾不敢吃雞、鴨、鵝肉，陳保基今天則是呼籲，雖然發生禽流感，但是台灣的雞、鴨、鵝肉都安全。

陳保基說，對於補償飼主部份，會從寬認定全額補償。但希望發生疫情的飼主，千萬不要再丟棄病死鵝，不然防疫人員做再多，都會破功。
