禽流感疑慮典華要改菜

婚宴幾乎都會有一道菜就是「雞」，因為雞諧音如同台語中的「起家」，婚宴廣場典華針對此次禽流感事件發表聲明。聲明中表示，菜色調整影響層面包含喜宴、套餐以及外帶年菜、除夕圍爐菜。

其中喜宴部分，從1月12日至2月底止的上百場婚宴，已緊急通知新人換菜處理。其次，外帶年菜以及除夕圍爐菜部分，將陸續以電話通知消費者更改菜色，或以同等級肉類取代。而手中持有餐券套餐的消費者，也會將套餐中的「燻鴨片」改以同價位的肉類替代。替代的肉類如：牛腱、豬腱、臘腸或花枝等等。
