請問如何調整卡踏？

昨天上卡了，很慶幸回家的一路上都沒出事。
回後仔細看了看卡踏發現除了張力調整，
還有一個指撥開關，想請問板上的大大們，
這個開關是做什麼用的？
另外，如果張力調到好脫卡的狀況，
是否也代表上卡後比較不緊呢？

其實也是想要調一個個人設定值看看
目前其實上下卡都OK

對了，我是用SHIMANO PD-R550
