這算是買到整新品嗎？

在某網購買電腦，12/22後到開始安裝，昨天有還原到原廠設定再重安裝，之後無意間發現

這是出廠前的設定還是買到整新品嗎？1/14的時間戳記大多狀置都有，5/18的則是部份狀置有，12/23應該是我用的，但沒看到12/22?

收到時包裝和原廠封條都很完整，外觀也感覺是全新的一樣。
