新北市長朱立倫12日宣布參選國民黨主席，同時提出憲改主張，並表示不選2016總統，外界猜測他瞄準的是2020，但民進黨文宣部副主任張力認為，從朱立倫拋出的議題和後續效應看，「做為爭取2016的起手式，很不賴」。

張力可今在臉書（facebook）表示，元宵節還沒到，就有燈謎可以猜。大家都猜朱立倫私心，過去不談改革的人突然要推憲改了，說朱為的是瞄準2020大位。

張力可說，他也來猜猜，畢竟只是個遊戲。他猜朱立倫不是瞄準2020，而是瞄準2016。「因為從他拋出的議題和後續效應看，做為他爭取2016的起手式，很不賴」。

有網友認同這樣的觀點留言說，「如果沒有2016，哪來2020？」如果2016輸了，屆時身為黨主席的朱立倫，「不會有人要他為敗選負責嗎？」

另外，所謂朱和副總統吳敦義妥協的流言，張力可認為，恐怕吳副也是啞巴吃黃蓮，畢竟昨天朱立倫的起手式比較像是要徹底邊緣化馬英九總統和吳副。
