旅行社退費~~

12/17我跟另外兩個朋友要跟團去韓國

因為我和另外兩個朋友住不同地方所以我在12/1到家裡附近的旅行社付了訂金

並簽下國外<團體>旅遊契約書

12/9旅行社打電話給我朋友說無法成團

當天我朋友就跟旅行社說要轉為自由行房間跟機票都訂好了

我個人費用是16388

到了隔天12/11朋友才告知我這件事...

12/12我跟旅行社聯絡我個人要退費的事

他告訴我要扣當初跟團的訂金

因為他跟我朋友確認是否要改為自由行我朋友也口頭上的答應

電話裡旅行社跟我說他就把跟團的訂金轉移到自由行

但是我們的錢是分開付款的旅行社並沒有親自打電話告知我這件事

我也沒有簽下自由行的契約書

那這樣子他們是否要全數退我呢?

口頭上答應算數嗎 ?
