鼎王板豆腐中招 自主通報桃衛生局

鑫鼎王餐飲股份有限公司鼎廚桃園廠昨天下午接獲桃園縣政府衛生局工業石膏消息後，今天自主通報，桃園廠今年6月起使用永昌公司硫酸鈣製成的「板豆腐」，共進貨45包30公斤裝，目前已使用34包。

桃園縣政府衛生局今天下午發出新聞稿，指出業者自行通報，桃園廠目前已經退貨11包給供應商。衛生局說，鼎廚製作板豆腐專供應全省鼎王麻辣鍋使用。
