興隆與成功離高速公路都算蠻近的, 而且中間的空地不是公園就是放垃圾車的

除非能夠蓋更高的建築物, 不然只靠隔音板比較難有感的改善

如果我是候選人, 我會評估行車安全性然後再把隔音板稍微加高且距離拉大
