殺警案 最快本周偵結起訴

〔自由時報記者陳慰慈、張文川／台北報導〕台北地檢署偵辦刑警薛貞國遭圍毆致死案，前天最後一名到案嫌犯廖嘉俊，昨晨被台北地院裁定羈押禁見；據指出，全案65名嫌犯都已到案，預計最快本週偵結起訴。

警方前天逮捕廖嘉俊，檢方則幫另名在押嫌犯、陸軍士兵馬寅紘聲請具保停押，理由是涉案事證不明確，前天下午法官裁定馬5萬元交保，限制住居，前天傍晚獲釋；廖嘉俊在前晚移送北檢，昨晨一時，法官裁定收押。
