台南稽查北海問題油 2業者未下架

台南市衛生局今天出動35人稽查，發現瑞誠號及佳里區農會甘翠生鮮超市仍未停止販賣北海問題油製成的相關產品，已請業者立即下架退回上游製造商，並將約談處辦。

衛生局表示，北海油脂的豬油產品需在昨天晚上12點前下架，但今天稽查發現，瑞誠號仍販售油蔥酥，佳里區農會甘翠生鮮超市還有賣油蔥酥、油蒜酥及蔥酥油等，將依食品安全衛生管理法處3萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰。
