新北市蘆洲區一名男子，今(8)凌晨在九芎街路邊等朋友，1輛公車行經發現男子走在馬路上，司機就按了下喇叭，沒想到男子大怒，拿武士刀要追砍司機，司機立即報警。警方到場後，男子對員警怒飆三字經，最終以妨害公務、強砲罪送辦。

據《蘋果日報》報導，男子表示，凌晨喝了酒在路邊等朋友，準備過馬路卻被準備轉彎的司機嗆，他才會大怒回嗆司機，並在路邊撿一塊木頭對公車丟，丟出去才發現是武士刀。警方獲報前往，他就將武士刀丟棄。他坦承有口氣不佳，但辯稱忘記有罵警察。

警方表示，當時男子一直揮舞武士刀，看見員警才把刀丟棄，並對員警大罵三字經。警方調閱現場監視器，發現武士刀根本就不是撿來的，訊後依妨害公務、槍砲及刀械管制條例移送法辦。
