樹森公司使用恐染問題牛油的銓亞公司「粉末牛油」，製作牛排，疑流入台中市餐飲業，包括知名餐廳印月、帕帕咪雅及大喜鍋等餐廳。

衛生單位接獲通報，原料供應商詮亞公司生產的「粉末牛油」有使用到頂新牛油，雖頂新公司指稱原料是使用澳洲牛油，並非安全有疑慮的越南牛油，兩油槽是分開存放。銓亞獲知後，主動通知下游廠商樹森等公司，並通報衛生單位。

位於台北市的樹森公司，自去年6月至今向詮亞公司購入「粉末牛油」2000多公斤，製成「平價標準牛排」及醃製料包，銷售餐飲業，流入台中市多家餐廳。包括知名的紐西蘭牛排、印月創意料理、帕帕咪雅、紅舍—草悟道、大喜鍋、哈塔及極屋等8家餐廳。

台中市衛生局今天將逐一前往稽查，追查流向。(中央社)
