台北市政府發言人張其強今天表示，經查北市使用樹森「平價標準牛排」店家共122家，已要求立即全數下架；明起仍繼續販賣者將開罰。

張其強今天說明市政會議內容，他表示，衛福部上午已通令各地衛生局，使用大幸福進口牛油者，一律強制性下架。

他指出，目前北市清查結果，台北市使用樹森公司問題牛油的「平價標準牛排」店家共計有122家，包括有連鎖店和攤商等，台北市衛生局上午已經出動，要求業者立即全數下架，不得販賣。

張其強說，從明天起，也就是29日零時開始，若有任何一家店家仍繼續販賣或遭檢舉、稽查者屬實者，將依食品安全衛生管理法處以新台幣3萬至300萬元罰鍰。

不過，根據目前初步清查結果，樹森公司多以供應飲食業為主，並未流入大賣場販售給一般家戶消費者。

張其強呼籲，業者自明天起應立刻自主下架樹森「平價標準牛排」，同時將品名與數量一併回報衛生局，若未確實通報或刻意隱瞞者，都將依法處份。(中央社)
