中國大陸9月出口年增率15.3%，成長幅度超越預期，統一大龍騰中國基金經理人陳朝政表示，海外需求回升，有利中國大陸進出口持續回穩。

陳朝政指出，由於陸股的估值非常低，若搭配市場信心提升及海外資金持續淨流入，股市也將會有超乎預期的表現。

陳朝政表示，在宏觀數據表象下的中國大陸正持續復甦中，根據在中國大陸內地實地調研觀察，雖然傳統的大規模產業未見明顯成長，但是進入下半年後，包括電子下游產業、潔淨能源、消費相關產業的業績及接單都非常暢旺，另外像手機、電動汽車等產品的終端銷售也優於預期，帶動相關零組件如電池等需求持續增溫。

陳朝政指出，中國大陸正轉型成為消費導向的經濟體，概略性的大數據如服務業採購經理人指數的增長幅度持平，但實際上終端消費表現強勁，持續帶動了中小企業、新興產業維持良好的業績成長動能，連帶使得中小版、創業板指數持續向上，預期新產業、新經濟政策受惠股，仍會成為股市資金追捧的焦點。(中央社)
