馮光遠臉書公布能源政策 堅定反核

台北市長候選人馮光遠今天晚間在臉書粉絲頁推出第三支政策影片，也是首集能源政策，主打「核災兵推」。他於影片中表示，政府說「沒有人反核」，或者「反核者應提出替代方案」，卻無視問題、推卸責任，是不合格的政府。他表明堅決反核立場。

他同時表示，以首都市長的角度而言，無法接受人口密集的首都圈附近存在著三座核電廠，但政府卻沒有有效的緊急疏散、安置與後續扶助計畫。

他指出，若順利當選，將每年舉行「核災疏散計畫兵棋推演」，邀請台電、軍方、新北市與宜蘭縣政府等相關單位，共同驗證目前的疏散安置計畫，確定是否可行。而全部的推演過程與後續改進成效，將公開讓大眾檢視。
