正義油品上游的永成和久豐油廠涉混飼料油，嘉義縣政府今天再進廠查封兩個油槽，並依食品安全衛生管理法各罰新台幣3000萬元，同時勒令停業6個月。

嘉義縣政府人員上午分別前往永成、久豐公司張貼油槽封條，同時交付業者勒令停業的公文，並各裁罰3000萬元。

此外，嘉義地檢署偵辦劣油案，永成油脂負責人蔡鎮州、久豐油脂廠務邱麗品羈押禁見，另外，久豐負責人邱飛龍新台幣20萬元交保。(中央社)
