標題[請益] 台北有像日本的北極星蛋包飯的蛋包飯嗎?

愛吃蛋包飯，但台灣餐廳的蛋包飯，大多都是飯上面餔張蛋皮， 比較有模有樣的，雖然上面是半熟近全熟蛋，但看起來像是煎or炒到半熟， 再直接鋪到飯上這樣。(ex.CoCo咖哩、橫濱) 最近在網路上看到日本名店北極星蛋包飯的製作過程，一整個大生火!!! 但google和爬遍板上的蛋包文，都沒有找到台灣有像北極星那樣的製作工法。Q 就是雞蛋下鍋後，小心輕翻邊緣，等到有點定型，就開始一直甩鍋到蛋自己裹起來， 然後把蛋放上飯，用刀從那坨蛋中間割開，裡面半熟的蛋汁就輻射狀流瀉。 (↑我就是想追求蛋割開後，蛋汁流洩的那種蛋包飯啊~!!! >"台北or三重、雙和、板橋一帶，那裏有這樣正統的日式蛋包飯呢??? 謝謝各位了！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.112.218.68 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1412064954.A.70A.html
