全球一動個人用戶速度再被砍半?

原本全球一動告知用戶速度為4M/2M,就已經會lag了
最近速度越用越慢
以前就算會lag,也免強可以測到約4M/2M
最近怎麼測都約2M/1M
打電話到客服,都說沒有限速(沒速限怎可說4M/2M?),而且還跟你"保証"
然後說依使用環境及人數.....
最近常清晨加班,五,六點時應該沒什麼人了吧!
看訊號品質約30db,訊號強度約-55db
怎麼測也還是2M/1M左右;
一大清早,沿路測都是這樣.跟客服說也回覆再查看看....

不曉得有沒有全球一動用戶有發現同樣狀況?
遇到這種狀況該要怎麼處理?
怎樣讓全球一動良心發現,恢復原本應有的速度?
