新竹城隍廟商圈美食攤27日晚間發生情殺血案，恐怖情人呂姓男子持刀刺殺前女友陳姓女子和其男性友人邱男，經送醫急救，陳女意識清醒，呂嫌開完刀，生命跡象穩定；邱男在手術。

警方與消防局表示，這起凶殺案，除涉嫌行凶的呂嫌，還有被害的陳女、邱男，以及一名協助制伏歹徒的蔡姓男子，一共4人送醫。送醫時都意識清醒，分別送往新竹國泰與新竹台大、新竹馬偕醫院。

根據警方資料，被刺傷的邱男，47歲，傷勢嚴重，送馬偕醫院新竹分院。殺人的呂嫌30歲，送台大醫院新竹分院。30歲的被害人陳女和見義勇為與凶嫌搏鬥的28歲蔡姓碩士生，送國泰醫院新竹分院。都暫無生命危險。

馬偕醫院新竹分院院方表示，邱姓傷患到院時主要傷勢在頸部的刀傷，其他包括頭部、臉部、左胸、雙手手臂都有撕裂傷，血壓偏低，傷勢嚴重，但意識清醒，生命徵象穩定，目前正實施手術。

另外，警方說明，陳女意識清楚，沒有生命危險。呂嫌剛開完刀，生命穩定。蔡男被刀劃到脖子，傷勢輕微，已出院在警局錄製筆錄 1030928
