餐廳名稱：夏川拉麵 消費時間：2014/09/20 地址：新竹市西大路565號 電話：03-5239639 無音樂圖文網頁版:http://leicam9.pixnet.net/blog/post/203720731 之前經過幾次，趁著今天放假，就到這裡用餐，由於還不是用餐的時間，所以到訪時 店內人不多，但老闆跟老闆娘會很親切的介紹及說明，店內主要以拉麵、定食、飯類 及小菜等為主，價格算是有些小貴。 今天點的是叉燒拉麵，整體看起來，份量是不少；但仔細確認後，麵的量就有些少， 麵條是以細麵為主，有Q度，但就像剛剛說過的，麵量不是很多，做為主角之一的叉 燒，份量夠大，而且有入味，算是不錯，湯頭來說，不是走重口味的風格，較適合喜 愛一般清爽口感的顧客，而滑蛋也算是一般的評分。 整體來說，以一碗170元的叉燒麵來說，算是一般，僅管叉燒的量及口感讓我喜歡， 但在這之外，其它如麵量及湯頭口感並沒有讓我覺得非常喜愛，只能給予普通的一個 評價了。 -- 感動可以一輩子珍藏，但心動卻不是永恆 　　如果感動是一種回憶，那麼一百次的感動就等於創造了一百次的回憶 　　　　如果有一天心動的感覺消失了，那麼還留下什麼？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.44.216.138 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1411209657.A.5EC.html
