鳳凰颱風來襲，新竹縣五峰鄉、尖石鄉21日停班停課，其他鄉鎮市上午正常上班上課，下午上班課情形將於明天上午10時宣布。

另外，新竹市明天日上午正常上班上課，明天下午及晚，將在明天(21)上午10時點宣布。(中央社)
