因為剛剛要去中華電信直營門市辦理全能平板方案 要3G轉4G優惠的 但原本預定的兩台平板 被朋友辦走 我就沒得續約 好險門市是有調到貨 可是也是要到下周二才能拿到平板 門市小姐說一定要有機子才能辦方案 但因為他們中華電信的轉4G的單已經到9/30 照這樣說 我如果下周二要辦等於無法轉4G 因此剛剛播電話至客服 客服一開始也是回復說沒辦法 一定要拿到機子才能辦 並且他們已排至9/30了 但我跟客服說 「我原本也是今天就要去辦 可是因為要的平板缺貨 你們規定是要有機子才能辦方案 那變成無法辦理 那這樣是不是就沒有辦法升級4G」 後續客服幫我再詢問 得到的答案是： 「他們現在3G轉4G的優惠延期到明年1/4， 但因為他們全能平板方案是到9/30前， 所以9/30前去辦就可以」 所以我問客服說 那意思就是我下禮拜二平板貨調到了 再去辦也沒問題囉 他給我的答案是確定的 給大家參考一下 若是要NP的就可能要再問問看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.41.216.143 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1411186975.A.BE2.html
