【更新】鳳凰陸上颱風警報　晚間8時半將發布

今年第16號颱風「鳳凰」明恐侵台，根據中央氣象局最新資料，鳳凰移動路徑持續往西修正，颱風中心恐怕從高屏登陸，並由南往北橫掃西半部，氣象局將於晚上8時30分發布鳳凰颱風海上陸上警報，明後天民眾要嚴防強風與豪大雨；氣象局也針對台灣東南部及恆春半島發布大雨特報。

輕颱鳳凰（Fung-wong，香港命名）今天下午5時中心位置，在鵝鑾鼻南方約380公里海面上，以時速每小時15公里速度，向西北轉北北東、往巴士海峽海域移動，7級暴風圈150公里，預計明天下午5時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西南方約110公里海面上。（許敏溶、生活中心／台北報導）
