全面擴大！環保署清查全台夜市、商圈廢食用油數量，並有意修改列管事業項目，環保署今(19)日表示，將下修西式速食業資本額門檻至2,500萬元，推估增加近千家業者納入，包括怡客、小蒙牛、達美樂、莫凡彼等都將加強管理，最慢將在3個月內宣布。

環保署祭出分發身分證、申請丙清執照列管民間油品收購個體戶，並計畫進一步修改列管門檻，將西式速食業下修至資本額達2,500萬元以上，列管業者數將增一倍，約近千家業者，推估每年增加1,800公噸廢食用油。

環保署表示，新增納管店家可望從西式速食業者擴大為餐飲業，凡資本額達2,500萬元以上即列入主動申報名單，包括怡客、小蒙牛、達美樂、莫凡彼等，業者將依法提出廢棄物清理計畫、處理經費、數量及流向等細節。

另食品製造業如麵條、粉條類食品製造業也將修改為250萬元以上，列管業者數將增10倍，約逾百家業者新增納管，推估每年增加200公噸廢食用油，環保署強調，將待與業者協商後修訂。
