嘉市港坪國小 防災示範演練

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市19日電）嘉義市港坪國小是台灣西部第一個設有強震即時警報系統的小學，今天在校內舉行嘉義市防災演習示範觀摩演練。

嘉義市國民中小學及幼兒園配合國家防災日，今天上午9時21分與全國同步舉辦防災演練，並在港坪國小舉行示範觀摩活動，副市長李錫津前往視察。

防災演練指揮官、港坪國小校長黃金木表示，港坪國小是台灣西半部第一個設有強震即時警報系統的國小，可以在地震來襲前10至15秒接收警報，提醒學校師生避難。

港坪國小全校618名學童在演習時，戴上防震頭套、疏散到學校籃球場，並在1分鐘內完成地震避難掩護「蹲下、掩護、穩住」等動作，獲李錫津嘉許。

李錫津表示，市府重視校園安全，民國101年6月大業國中等8校通過世界衛生組織（WHO）安全學校認證後，嘉義市成為全世界第一個100%通過國際安全學校認證的城市。

他說，台灣位於環太平洋地震帶，隨時受到地震威脅，希望學生能在地震發生時，做出正確反應，並進一步影響家人，確保災害來臨時，將傷亡降到最低程度。1030919
