吳寶春兒被打傷 雙方未和解

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄19日電）高雄市道明中學秘書芮耀斌今天說，吳寶春前妻及兒子遭李姓同學父親打傷，母子倆堅持提告，雙方尚未和解。

他又說，李父雖未要道歉，但態度有軟化並表示願負該負的法律責任。

吳寶春與前妻陳秋慧7年前離婚，育有一雙兒女，監護權歸前妻所有，吳寶春兒子就讀高雄私立道明中學國中部三年級。

吳寶春兒子16日上美術課時圖畫紙掉落地面，被李姓男同學踩到，吳寶春兒子推開李生，兩人發生爭吵並發生肢體衝突，導師要求雙方家長隔天到校調解時，發生這起事件。1030919
