捐血14年 消防員這次要捐幹細胞

新北市消防局消防員湯閔全（見圖，孟祥傑攝）14年來長期捐血助人，日前接到慈濟骨髓幹細胞中心通知，他的骨髓幹細胞與1名血癌患者配對成功，近期將住院抽血捐出幹細胞，成為新北市首位捐贈骨髓的消防員；湯閔全笑說：「能夠幫助人，真的超級開心！」

新店「永保安康社區」上月15日發生氣爆，32歲的湯閔全趕往現場支援救災，看到許多人被燒傷、嗆傷，陳家祖孫3人被救出時更是奄奄一息，讓他相當難過，返隊後一直思忖著：「怎樣才能幫助更多的人呢？」

沒想到，氣爆案發第3天，他就接到慈濟骨髓幹細胞中心志工通知，湯閔全表示，剛接到電話時，還以為是詐騙集團，但第2天就有多位志工帶著配對成功證明及捐贈骨髓說明書到辦公室找他，其中兩名志工曾多次到辦公室為同仁免費量血壓，才確定對方不是詐騙集團。

慈濟骨髓幹細胞中心指出，據臨床統計，親屬間人類白血球抗原（HLA）完全配對成功率僅約25％，陌生人完全配對成功率更低，只有2000分之一到一億分之一，幾乎是「可遇不可求」。
