標題[問題] 業務算我上司嗎?

目前在一間小型企業做行銷 面試時主管只簡略提到可能需要偶爾幫忙業務打電話給客戶 開始上班後 主管時常在其他同事面前說 我不過就是就是業務助理 叫我要幫忙業務打電話找客戶 多位業務中 有位A 很常叫我做他份內的工作 口氣也是命令 甚至很兇 但這些 主管都不知道 (雖然我覺得他就算知道了也會說 你本來就業助XD) 大老闆則完全不知道我需要做業助的工作 總是問我「行銷方面有困難嗎」 等等 現在的問題是 其實公司其他同事都很好相處 薪資也不錯XD 覺得若因此離職太小題大做了 但是如果不聽A的話 不知道站不站得住腳? 理論上我上面只有一個小主管 再一個主管 然後就大老闆了 而A對公司其他人也是頤指氣使 不知道有沒有甚麼辦法呢~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.219.177.46 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410946490.A.C2A.html
