堅稱無罪 強冠董座葉文祥提出抗告

因涉餿水油案，日前被裁定收押禁見的強冠公司董事長葉文祥，堅稱自己沒犯罪、不會逃亡，已委託律師提出抗告，高雄高分院今(17)天表示已收案，將開庭審理。

葉文祥因餿水油涉嫌詐欺及違反食品衛生管理法，日前由屏檢檢察官向屏東地院聲押獲准，法官認為葉文祥涉嫌詐欺犯罪嫌疑重大，在訊問過程避重就輕，有脫罪卸責之嫌。

但葉文祥經與律師討論後，決定以不服羈押理由向高雄高分院提抗告。今天一早屏東地方法院將抗告送到高雄高分院，高分院也證實已接獲抗告將開庭審理。

葉文祥涉嫌收購郭烈成地下工廠餿水油，以及進口工業用豬油混合製成黑心油品出售，12日遭檢方偵訊後以涉嫌重大、有串證及逃亡之虞聲押，並於13日凌晨裁定收押。
