台北市信義區ATT 4 Fun夜店Spark殺警案，主嫌曾威豪、女友劉芯彤和撂人的黑幫分子蕭叡鴻，16日清晨遭檢方裁定羈押禁見，其中劉芯彤聽聞後當場大哭3分鐘，在場人員形容她哭聲宛如消防車警笛；對於獄中生活，看守所方面表示，劉芯彤好吃、好睡與室友互動良好，並且會看書打發時間。

不過對於劉芯彤被羈押禁見，劉芯彤的委任律師一早就到看守所進行律見，而且時間一直持續到近午時分才結束，律見結束後律師立即迅速離去，面對媒體詢問是否有對案情進行討論，還是單純關心，則不發一語。

而對於劉芯彤的過往也被起底，除了被爆大學換了3間，原本的乖乖女卻個性大變，甚至還在酒店上班，連友人都爆料她上大學就沉迷夜生活，若有受辱便要男友出頭。
