「海鷗」襲菲律賓撲大陸　香港也受影響

海鷗颱風橫掃菲律賓北部地區，狂風暴雨在當地帶來嚴重災情，22個省份不只學校全面停課，還有8千多人緊急撤離家園，颱風一路往大陸南方前進，預估最快明早登陸，而香港也被颱風邊緣掃過，班機恐怕會受到影響。

狂風呼呼吹，菲律賓民眾用手機拍下的影片，讓人見識到海鷗颱風帶來的驚人雨量。眼前如同汪洋一片，根本看不見可以讓人行走的地方，海鷗颱風14日深夜在呂宋島東北部登陸後，當地隨即狂風暴雨，路樹、電線桿全被吹斷。

菲律賓民眾：「水淹得非常快速，我們都在睡覺，就有人大喊淹水了，水都淹進房子裡了。」

CNN氣象主播：「這裡的累積雨量非常驚人，從269公厘到175公厘，毫無疑問的是，所有地區的學校全面停課，像是在馬尼拉到碧瑤市，再到整個北部的呂宋島。」

災情遍及22個省份，有8千多人得緊急撤離家園，強風掀起巨浪，還導致一艘渡輪翻覆沉沒，菲律賓海防隊緊急救起110人，但還是有3人不幸罹難。

CNN氣象主播：「海南島會有每小時138公里風速，香港也有將近每小時100公里風速，降雨量的部份，當然是靠近颱風中心的雨量較多，但甚至是在香港，都會出現155公釐的雨量。」

未來48小時，海鷗颱風會持續往西前進，路徑和今年7月的雷馬遜颱風相近，首當其衝的海南島和越南北部全面警戒，香港天文台也考慮發布八號風球警報。
