屏東縣環保局長林雅文對餿油案表達負完全責任，向屏東縣長曹啟鴻自請處分，曹啟鴻表示，等餿油案告一段落再處理。

曹啟鴻表示，林雅文確實於12日提出自請處分的書面文件，但因現階段仍在處理食安、廢棄油流向的後續問題，還不是處理人事的最佳時機，等事件告一段落，一定做行政究責處理。

曹啟鴻表示，整起劣質豬油事件中，對於郭烈成的稽查過程，屏東縣政府在單位的橫向聯繫、敏感度方面，確實有值得檢討之處，縣府應記取這次的教訓，深自反省，研究出策進作為，不能再發生相同的錯誤。(中央社)
