前陸委會副主委張顯耀涉犯洩密案，台北地檢署今（11）日上午首度以證人身分約談陸委會主委王郁琦釐清案情。在歷時2小時偵訊後，王郁琦離開北檢時，對於記者詢問是否是關於張顯耀案，僅點頭回應。陸委會則表示，王郁琦是配合北檢前往說明，基於偵查不公開原則，不便多做透露。

王郁琦今早8點許前往北檢報到，據《蘋果日報》報導，王郁琦稱是今年7月接獲檢舉，表示張顯耀在兩岸經貿談判時涉及洩密，雖然檢舉內容並不具體，但為顧及國家安全，當下向國安會秘書長金溥聰報告，最後決定暫時將張顯耀調職接受調查。

媒體指出，張顯耀遭懷疑洩密，主因數次經貿談判，發現對岸清楚掌握我方談判底線，最後經追查比對後，可能與張顯耀有關，才決定撤換張顯耀職務。

目前相關案情僅張顯耀為被告，不過已依續傳喚的證人已近10人，包括今天出庭的陸委會主委王郁琦，未來不排除約談更高層的證人出庭說明。
