美東低調展開　911 恐襲13周年紀念活動

美東當地時間9月11日早上8時39分（台灣時間11日晚8時39分）左右，紐約展開911事件13周年紀念活動。由於13周年並非整數或特殊年份，紀念活動相對低調。但今年適逢美國總統歐巴馬高調反恐，打擊恐怖主義和「伊斯蘭國」等極端勢力，再次成為美國焦點議題。

今年官方911紀念活動與過去相仿，以悼念恐怖襲擊中近3千名遇難者為主，在911事件中的6個主要時間點，即在世貿南北塔樓遭遇撞擊及倒塌等時間進行默哀。

美國總統歐巴馬、第一夫人蜜雪兒、副總統拜登，則在位於華盛頓的白宮主持悼念儀式。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
