本報訊

衛福部食藥署檢驗劣質豬油樣品，明天中秋節照樣加班，檢驗報告預計明天出爐。食藥署同時公開油品實驗室，提供媒體檢視及採訪。

檢品樣品已於日前送進食藥署國家實驗室檢驗，將針對鉛鎘汞銅錫等重金屬、黃麴毒素、苯比(苯駢芘)、酸價、總極性物質等項目，以檢驗結果作為判定劣質豬油的基準。

食藥署副署長姜郁美今天表示，實驗人員加班檢驗，明天會有檢驗結果，明天實驗室也提供媒體進入，公開檢視檢驗過程，

全案9月4日由檢方揭發，截至今天下午2時止，食藥署及各縣市衛生局出動1361人次，總計稽查食品工廠、夜市、攤販、供飲食場所等5797家次，食藥署食品及檢驗相關人員也在中秋節連續假期加班，處理不合格案件。(中央社)
