第一殯儀館旁最大爛尾樓　申請都更

國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文提出「遷移一殯改建青年帝寶」政策，引發話題，也讓人重新重視第一殯儀館這塊土地的利用與開發。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，台北市最有名的「閒置商辦」、位於建國北路3段、一殯的對面，有一片總面積約1680坪的11層樓高空屋，傳出所有者林賢喜家族打算申請都更，估價師表示，如果都更改建成豪宅，價值高達180億元，「如果一殯搬遷，那價值就更高。」

這棟被外界稱為「爛尾樓」的閒置商辦，因為土地持份人太多，使用意見不同，加上所有人不缺錢，才會一直閒置。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
