桃園吳姓男子今天凌晨到八里的馬姓友人住處借住一晚，不料在看港劇時遭另名男子入內毆打昏迷，遭丟包醫院急救後不治。

警方調查，吳男今天上午約7時被人帶到市立聯合醫院三重院區急救，雖然吳男僅頭部有些傷痕，其餘並無明顯外傷，但經急救後仍不治。

只是醫護人員急救後卻找不到載吳男來醫院的人，於是報警處理，警方調閱監視畫面鎖定家住八里的馬姓男子，還發現馬男事後還來醫院打聽吳男急救結果。

警方於是逮捕馬男到案，初步了解吳男受邀來八里並借住一晚，沒想到今天清晨4時，另名馬姓主嫌闖進，疑有毒品糾紛與吳男發生口角，進而鬥毆。

警方指出，馬男指主嫌好像才打了吳男2拳，吳男就倒地不起。訊後，警方除報請解剖確定吳男死因外，還依幫助犯罪嫌將馬男送辦，並積極追緝在逃馬姓主嫌，以釐清案情。(中央社)
