台電仿中油 盼採用浮動電價

短期不漲價 但不保證兩年

〔自由時報記者黃佩君／台北報導〕經濟部長杜紫軍日前才公開承諾兩年內不調漲電價；台電董事長黃重球昨指出，由於日、韓都依燃料價格浮動調整電價，台電也希望同樣每半年到一年調整電價；他僅承諾「短期」不調整電價，但短期是否代表兩年「還不曉得」。

黃重球說，目前燃料成本大約佔台電全部成本的六十六％，影響甚鉅；鄰近的日本跟韓國都有機制隨燃料價格波動調整電價，但國內究竟要採取何種做法，還沒有討論出共識，但台電建議隨國際燃料價格變化做調整。

黃重球也指出，由於燃料有天然氣、煤、核能、燃油等，所占比例與價格波動都不同，他也希望即將開議的立法院能提出較精準反應燃料價格的公式。

黃重球也保證短期內沒有提出浮動電價的計畫，原因是現在國際燃料價格波動較小，台電也預期未來兩年波動幅度不大，在短期內沒有調漲電價計畫。
