華隆自救會要求勞動部代位求償

華隆自救會上百位成員今天下午至勞動部抗議，要求勞動部代位求償，還給他們應得的退休金。

桃園地方法院上周拍賣華隆大園廠，拍賣所得共24.3億元，因現行勞基法規定，勞工的債權順位低於銀行抵押物權，因此，827名華隆勞工，只分得196萬元，每人平均僅能拿到2200元。

華隆自救會不滿現行的法規，要求勞動部代位求償，勞動部今天下午5點舉辦「協助華隆自救會離退勞工專案小組會議」，邀請學者專家、銀行團與華隆自救會5名成員討論後續可能作法。

「華隆自救會」上百位成員今天下午4點半聚集勞動部外，拉起抗議布條，要求勞動部盡快解決，透過代位求償爭取他們的退休金。

至於會議結果，勞動部稍晚會議結束後，將出面說明。
