電腦常當機，但不知問題在哪裡

最近電腦變得很慢，常常開機的時候會卡在Win7的歡迎畫面，
卡到發火就強制重新開機，有時候是可以進去了，
結果只有開IE就當住了，滑鼠鼠標會動，按右下角的顯示桌面，也沒有反應，
要過兩三分鐘後才會動，然後又隨便再按其他網頁一下，他又當住了。
我有用HD Tune掃瞄過壞軌，但是都正常，也有重灌過，但是之前都灌非常快，
這次灌了兩個小時都還沒跑到一半，
而且我用HD Tune 測讀取速度時發現，當機時最小值都降到0MB/s，
然後拔到其他電腦用HD Tune只有(BE)到達臨界值，(C7)是注意其他都正常，
請問這是什麼問題?
