我去官網下載最新版也是開不起來

我需要ROOT的 我去載了好多個版本都一樣 安裝後打開軟體就出現這串

我這台筆電以前裝過 是可以裝的 但刪除後 最近要用現在去安裝就不能用了

我也GOOGLE 用軟體強力解除安裝 都沒有用....已安裝最新顯示卡驅動 也安裝NET4.0 win764
請問一下這要怎麼解決????
